As a leader, you are the one carving a path for the rest to follow. You must ensure that everyone on the team are on the same page and understands the assignment. If you do not communicate well, you risk having your team losing confidence in you which can lead to them being dismissive of you. If you communicate well, the team will naturally become more motivated as they see and understanding what is required of them to fulfil the goal set by the leader.
There is a clear explanation of what communication skills that are needed as a leader and the consequences of it if there is poor communication skills of the leader however an additional point shiuld be added as well by explaining in what situation it is important for a leader to be able to communicate effectively. There is good oragnization on which provides clear explanation in sequence and how one point affect another.
